Refund Policy

~ If client is unable to attend the session on time due to any circumstances, we will not be able to extend the session time or reschedule the session at the last moment, to accommodate for the delay at client's end.


~ Client's can book another slot (based on the availability of slots) which will require full payment of the new slot and there will not be any refund for the present session that was not fulfilled due to client delay.

~ We would request clients to inform us at least 24 hours prior if a session needs to be rescheduled. The session will be refunded only if client cancels an appointment keeping 2 hours window before the session time. The session will not be refunded if cancelled/ rescheduled within the last 2 hours.

~ If the patient does not show up for the appointment for any reason then it is considered as a "No Show" and there will not be any refund initiated.

​

~ If the patient does not receive the Google Meet session link, then they are expected to reach out to us at the appointment time so we can help them join the session. If for any reason, patient fails to reach out to us about session link and does not respond to any reminders about joining the session during the set appointment time, then it is also considered as a "NO Show" and there will not be any refund initiated.

~ Once the session has been initiated and ended by the therapist, there will not be any refund.

​

~ When a session has been initiated by the therapist and by the end of the session if the therapist has to refer/transfer the case to a more suitable professional, there will not be any refund since the full consultation did take place. 

​

~ For any given emergency, if the therapist is unable to take the session then the patient would be offered a full refund or reschedule option.

While we truly empathise with unexpected challenges, we are unable to offer refunds for missed sessions or cancellations. This policy helps us manage resources and honour the time and effort of our team.
