Ms. Manik Bhadkamkar

Ms. Manik is a RCI licensed Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist with an M.Phil in Clinical Psychology from the Institute of Behavioural Sciences, National Forensic Sciences University, and a Master’s degree from SNDT University, Mumbai. Her rigorous academic and clinical training has provided her with a strong foundation in both theoretical knowledge and practical application in the field of mental health.

With over 10 years of experience, Ms. Manik has worked in diverse mental health settings. She served as a Clinical Psychologist at INHS Asvini, Mumbai, the largest multi-specialty defense hospital in India, where she gained extensive experience in handling complex psychiatric cases. Additionally, she has been associated with prestigious institutions such as Tata Institute of Social Sciences and N.K. College, contributing to mental health education and training.

In 2018, she co-founded Mastishk Centre, where she continues to provide expert psychological care. She currently runs her private practice in Borivali West and Bandra East, offering comprehensive mental health support to individuals seeking therapy. Her commitment to professional development is reflected in her specialized training in Trauma Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Gottman Couple's Therapy.

Ms. Manik is proficient in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and other psychological challenges.
