Mrs. Steffi Elizabeth Behanan

Mrs. Steffi is a RCI licensed Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist with an M.Phil in Clinical Psychology and extensive training from the Institute of Behavioural Sciences, National Forensic Sciences University. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences and has over a decade of experience in the field of mental health.

Her professional journey includes three years at Cadabam’s Hospital, Bangalore, one of Asia’s leading psychiatric and rehabilitation centers, where she gained invaluable experience in working with complex mental health conditions. Following this, she co-founded Mastishk Centre, where she continues to provide expert psychological care through her private online practice. She is also actively involved in training and mentoring aspiring mental health professionals through specialized programs conducted at the Centre.

Mrs. Steffi has pursued advanced training in Trauma Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Gottman Couples Therapy, equipping her with specialized skills to support individuals navigating emotional and relational challenges. She specializes in working with adults experiencing personality difficulties, depression, anxiety, stress, and other psychological concerns.

Her therapeutic approach is client-centered, evidence-based, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs. She integrates various psychotherapeutic techniques to develop personalized treatment plans that foster healing and resilience. Known for her empathy, dedication, and sincerity, Mrs. Steffi is deeply committed to helping individuals achieve psychological well-being and personal growth.
